Even though he says they don’t, I’m convinced that the chilaquiles that Patrick Ryan serves up at Port Fonda have crack in them. And I’ve been waiting a damn long time to put them in my mouth — since last fall, when the Port Fonda food truck was still parking outside The Rieger.
In the meantime, Ryan and his team have been building out a beautiful restaurant space at 4141 Pennsylvania in Westport. And I’m certainly not the only one who’s been drooling in anticipation of its opening. I can finally shut my trap, almost.
