This morning, I stopped by my little plot of land at the 45th Avenue Community Garden. It was out of control! I had ripe cherry tomatoes, kale, green onions, mixed greens and a green pepper that was almost ready to harvest. I picked what I could, and even committed a little tomatocide for the sake of my plants, and brought home the rest to make today’s salad.
